Join a Thriving Community of Public Libraries
Every BiblioCommons user has access to the Partner Portal, an online space with an extensive knowledge base and a vibrant community where library staff can share, discuss, and help one another—and find excellent documentation and quickly contact support. Users can also access training, online meetups, webinars, product update articles, and detailed roadmap updates.
Access Learning Lab Training Modules
During implementation, designated library staff can access the Learning Lab's training and learning modules to ensure you get the most out of the BiblioCommons solutions you subscribe to. The online courses are easy to follow and designed to guide students through the foundational aspects of the BiblioCore discovery layer and BiblioWeb website builder.
Participate in Live Training
While onboarding and implementing, your library will be assigned an implementation specialist to teach staff how to set up and use BiblioCommons' solutions. The live training is designed to be completed gradually over the course of the implementation and runs concurrently with the project plan and schedule.
Submit Product Feature Suggestions
BiblioCommons products are constantly evolving, and we love it when library staff are a part of the innovation! We value receiving your feedback and recommendations to continually enhance the user experience for the entire product suite. Library staff can request, upvote, and track product ideas and enhancements in the Product Idea portal.
